1. Wake up at 6am
  2. Yoga
  3. Breakfast (All Bran and Cracklin’ Oat Bran with some dried fruit)
  4. Church
  5. Lunch at Alterra (smoked salmon sandwich and Bountiful Harvest muffin)
  6. Ride (outside!) for 3.5 hours with a couple good friends
  7. Beer (Rogue Chocolate Stout)
  8. Dinner (shrimp, biscuits, and salad) with family
  9. Beer (Ale Asylum Ambergeddon)
  10. Bed at 9pm
